Tara Garvey is a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in infant and early-childhood mental health. As Sapphire’s HealthySteps Specialist, she supports families with children from birth through age 3 during the years when development, behavior, relationships, and caregiver well-being are closely connected.
Tara earned her graduate degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, completed an Irving Harris community fellowship, and has training in play-based therapeutic approaches. She works with families to understand development, strengthen relationships, and connect with additional support when needed.
