The first three years are a period of rapid growth for children and major adjustment for families. HealthySteps is a ZERO TO THREE program that integrates early-childhood development and behavioral-health support into pediatric primary care.
Sapphire’s HealthySteps Specialist supports families with children ages 0–3. Program access and the type of support offered are matched to current staffing and each family’s needs.

No. Families may ask about ordinary developmental and parenting concerns as well as more persistent challenges.
Is HealthySteps therapy?
HealthySteps can include behavioral-health and relational support, but it does not promise every type of therapy. Services depend on current program scope and need.
What ages are served?
Sapphire offers in-clinic HealthySteps support for families with children ages 0–3.
