Have the billing details requested by the guest-pay page available. Sapphire does not collect card numbers through this website. For a question about a Sapphire statement, insurance processing, or an account balance, call 720-941-1778 during office hours before submitting sensitive information by email.
Online payment does not determine whether insurance processed a claim correctly and does not replace a billing question or appeal.
