When Sapphire is closed and your child has an urgent medical concern that cannot safely wait until regular hours, call 720-941-1778 and follow the prompts for the on-call clinician. The on-call service is for urgent clinical concerns.
Use office hours for routine needs
Before calling, gather your child’s temperature, symptoms, medications, allergies, and pharmacy information. Refills and forms are handled during office hours. Schedule routine appointments on MyChart or call our office during office hours for help with a routine appointment request. MyChart messages may be sent at any time but are reviewed during office hours. Administrative email is not appropriate for medical advice or urgent concerns.
