Dr. Humphreys joined Sapphire Pediatrics in 2012, and became President in January 2024. She is a board certified fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She earned her MD degree at the University of Oklahoma and completed her pediatric residency at the University of Maryland. She has practiced pediatrics in Denver since 2004, and she particularly enjoys caring for adolescents.

Dr. Dahab joined Sapphire Pediatrics in 2019 and became a co-owner January 2024. She is a board certified fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is also board certified in Sports Medicine. She earned her MD degree at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Dahab then completed a fellowship in primary care sports medicine at the University of Wisconsin. She has been practicing pediatrics and sports medicine in Denver since 2011. Dr. Dahab loves spending time with her husband and two active children, enjoying the great outdoors in Colorado.

She graduated from University of South Florida College of Medicine where she had been inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. She completed her pediatric residency at Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium in San Antonio. She then served as an active duty Air Force Pediatrician at Randolph AFB for several years before beginning her civilian career as a General Pediatrician at ABCD Pediatrics in Schertz, TX where she has been practicing for the past 14 years. She loves the care of pediatric patients from birth to young adulthood, and helping parents navigate the ever changing landscape of parenthood. With her two children in college, she and her husband have returned to Colorado where she had spent her early childhood. Dr. Simone loves photography, hiking the abundance of trails in and around the front range, playing the clarinet, and art.

She is a collaborative pediatrician and lactation specialist who loves being part of the growth and development of children and working with parents to keep their kids healthy. She enjoys helping parents feel more confident and competent with the challenges of child-rearing and welcomes the opportunity to listen to parents’ needs and concerns as well as have meaningful discussions about diagnosis and treatment options.
Dr. Steinberg was raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico and had her first introduction to Denver in college at the University of Denver. She completed both medical school and pediatric residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. In her free time, Dr. Steinberg enjoys spending time with her husband, their three kids (ranging from elementary to high school), and two affectionate English Retrievers. Together, they love adventure and food and try to maintain balance and perspective in everything they do.
